Without making our darkness visible real progress is not possible, either for us as individuals or on the world stage. It's such an integral part of our psyche that it can be difficult to notice. Now as far as actual shadow work, the best that I've read is the works of Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette. I recommend that you print out the workbook and work through the prompts longhand. Shadow Work is a ten-card reading which focuses on some of the most hard-hitting and common shadow work themes.
