Today i just got the message saying that im admitted, but not into the engineering program but into a ACES program. Got into the ACES program instead of CSE, is it really worth it?
On top of this, I was denied the Storrs campus and instead was offered the Waterbury campus.

At UConn, your other option is to complete a subject area major and apply to the Teacher Certification Program for College Graduates (TCPCG) after completion of your undergraduate degree. I got accepted, but not into the program I wanted.

This program is a one-year, 45-credit certification and master’s program offered at our Avery Point, Hartford, and Waterbury campuses. UConn Extension connects the power of UConn research to local issues by creating practical, science-based answers to complex problems. The Major Experience, which launched this past spring, provides information and advice to students as they explore possible college majors in an interactive and intentional manner, easing their fears and better preparing them for the future. I was accepted into ACES at the West Hartford campus but am now a junior CSE.
